:החזרות והחלפות 

אם מכל סיבה שהיא אינך מרוצה מפריט שנרכש תוכלי ליידע על הכוונה להחזירו בתוך 14 ימים מרגע שהגיע אליך ולהחזירו בתוך 30 יום מתאריך הרכישה ובתנאי שלא נלבש והוא במצבו המקורי. לאחר שהתקבל הפריט בחזרה בסטודיו, ינתן החזר כספי מלא עבור שווי הפריט בלבד לא כולל את דמי המשלוח במידה ושולמו

:ניתן להחזיר את הפריט במגוון דרכים (החזרות/החלפות על חשבון הלקוח)

לכתובת הסטודיו בקיסריה/ נקודת איסוף/החזרה במרכז תל אביב  - ללא עלות - 

 בדואר רשום לכתובת הסטודיו - 

באמצעות שליח שנתאם עבורך - 40 ש״ח (שליחות כפולה להחלפת פריט בפריט - 60 ש״ח) -

במידה וחלפו יותר מ 14 ימים, ולא יאוחר מחודש מהגעת הפריט לידיך, ינתן זיכוי בלבד לרכישה הבאה,  אותו ניתן לממש עד 12 חודשים מתאריך הרכישה

RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your new SHIRUETTO you can return it and exchange it or receive a full refund (not including the shipping fees):

+ Contact us within 14 days of delivery date by phone 

+ The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed and sent back in original packaging with the original tags inside.

+ As soon as the item is returned up to 30 business days we will process your refund using the same method of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship worldwide with ECO POST registered International airmail with a tracking number, arriving within 10 business days (that may be different to other countries, shorter to some European countries). 

Shipping Delivery times are estimated. Shipping time varies between different countries and domestic postal services. There may be postal or customs delays that we cannot account for. 

customers are responsible for any additional duties and/or taxes according to the domestic laws. Please note that you may be charged certain customs fees according to your country's rules and regulations, which are not in our control.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your new SHIRUETTO you can return it and receive a full refund (not including the shipping fees) or exchange it:

+ Contact us within 7 days of delivery date by mail / WhatsApp 

+ The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed and sent back in original packaging with the original tags and receipt inside.

+ The item is mailed back within 14 days of delivery date using Registered Mail with tracking number.

+ As soon as the item is returned we will process your refund using the same method of payment.
